Getting ready to relax… wanna win a book?
March 28th, 2008

It’s almost vacation time… I’m headed to the beach in the morning. I cannot wait!

I’m bringing my laptop with me, but I can’t promise I’ll blog every day. Monday will still be the delicious eye candy post - no worries there, it’s already set to go.

I need some relaxation and down time so this is going to be fabulous. After I get back from the beach, I have another 4 days off before I have to head back to work.

Oh yeah, I’m doing a jig.

So… to give y’all something fun to do while I’m gone, I’m going to do a contest. Yep, yep, yep. I like to do that when I’m out of touch for a while.

Everyone who posts a comment on my blog between now and April 2 at midnight gets entered in a contest to win a download of choice. Worth playing for? (Man, I love that show Survivor - lol!)

Ready, set, post! Tell me your favorite vacation spot and why.

  1. Have a wonderful time at the beach…..enjoy your time off!!!

One of our very favorite places to go is up around Monterey California! Lots of really neat little places to see and stay!!

  2. Have a great time! I was going to post a question to you anyway, but hey, now I’m signed up for your contest, two birds with one stone! LOL Anyway, I was wondering if you could someday blog about how you manage your time. You mention that you have a day job. Do you work full time? How do you squeeze in writing time? How many pages do you crank out per day? I’m really trying to manage my time and just wondering how the heck you do it.

  3. Have a great vacation. My favorite vacation spot is a relaxing day with my family or uninterrupted block of time in which to read sitting curled up on my couch/bed.

  4. Have a great time, Beth. As for me, my favorite vacation is an annual long weekend at Pismo Beach in Ca, with all my assorted family members in attendance. Lots of laughter, walks on the beach and some amazing meals.

  5. My favorite vacation spot is New Orleans. My husband and I love NO. The Big Easy is really such a laid back place. We love to sit in Jackson Square and people watch. Plus we love all the yummy food!! and the weather is usually nice anytime of year!!
