Today’s Thursday Thirteen is about my peep Sasha’s new “Sasha’s Slim Camp”.

Thirteen Reasons I’m Joining Sasha’s Slim Camp
1. I need to be healthier.
2. I need to eat better.
3. Friends helping friends lose weight and get in shape works a helluva lot better.
4. I’m almost 40 and if I don’t get in shape soon, it’s gonna be really hard.
5. I’ve gained weight in the last year - toxic stress and diet issues with my allergies.
6. You know with Sasha, it’s going to be a lot of fun.
7. We can all inspire each other.
8. It’s important to feel good about yourself.
9. I’m doing it for me and me alone.
10. Sasha inspires me.
11. I want to be accountable to someone besides my weak self.
12. I’ve let my exercise routine die a slow death.
13. The skinny woman inside me is knocking to get out.

So much neat info at Sasha’s blog, I enjoyed reading all about the Slim camp and will be following along!! I can so relate to everything you wrote Beth…..I have been just the Mom and the wife for so long and taking care of everyone but me even though I knew I needed to take care of me! I am in the middle of my journey now and can finally see a little light at the end of that dang long tunnel but I’m getting there and having support and others to work with makes it so much easier and nicer!! Good Luck with your goals!!
