It was a little nerve-wracking to be out in the mall in front of Waldenbooks, but it turned out great! I chatted with lots of people and gave out candy (always a good ploy to get people to come by 
).
My first book sale was to a man! Can you believe it? I was so proud of him for trying something new. So thank you Kenny and I really hope you like the book!
Then I had a reader named Crystal come up to me and introduce herself. Turns out she’d read Sasha’s book BOUND (which I can’t recommend more), and found me on her website (since she’s my peep and CP). When Crystal found out I lived in Raleigh, she made a special trip to the mall to see me during my signing! Thank you Crystal!!!
Anyhoo, sold about 10 books, which is awesome. Thank you to Liz and the Waldenbooks team at Chapel Hill and to everyone that stopped by to say hello. 
I am off to the State Fair today. Y’all have a marvelous Sunday!!
