Yay! Other than a galley proof to get through, the editing is done! Woop, woop! \:d/

What does that mean? It means I’m back on track for writing The Gift, book 5 of the Malloy series. Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy. Trevor Malloy is so much fun. A womanizer, a honey-tongued man, and he’s in for a rude awakening. *evil chuckle* He’s met his match in Adelaide Burns, a fiery redhead. ;)

I loooooove starting a new book! :D

Yes! :D It’s Friday. Thank Gawd.

I’m still in the editing cave, only 250 comments and the rest of the edits to go. Need to find my game face…

Oh, there it is! >:)

I WILL get my edits done by tomorrow night (Saturday) a day earlier than promised to my editor. Game face says so.

Then I am going to dive right into The Gift (book 5 of the Malloy series), because I only have four weeks to write it. No panicking!!! :o

I have to give props to the Oilers - they were never expected to get to the Stanley Cup. You know, the underdog that surprised everyone. They were a fierce team that made the finals intense.

Props to the CANES too!! OMG - you can’t believe how jazzed folks are in Raleigh. There’s this walkway over the highway with a chainlink fence. Yesterday, somebody had spelled out in white paper cups “GO CANES!”. Today, it says “IT’S OURS!” with a Stanley Cup made out of paper cups!! :D

Anyway, celebration time here in Raleigh. Parade this afternoon, which I can’t go to because my son has his last band concert of the year. I may have to go buy a t-shirt though. ;)
